A note-taking product for the Lang Live group.
Shaped the product's core flows from wireframe to shipped interface.
01PROBLEM
POPO Note is a note-taking product for the Lang Live group. This case study focuses on how the core flows were shaped so people could capture, organise, and return to information with less friction.
02MY ROLE & SCOPE
I worked across information structure, user flows, wireframes, and interface design, taking the central experience from an early concept through delivery.
03PROCESS
The work moved through flow mapping, wireframes, interaction decisions, and visual refinement. Each step reduced ambiguity around the main action and kept the final interface practical for the product team to build.
04OUTCOME
The central experience moved from wireframe to shipped interface, giving the product a more coherent path for capturing and revisiting notes. The detailed outcome is best read alongside the process images above.
WHAT I'D DO DIFFERENTLYI would validate the highest-frequency note-taking moments earlier, so the strongest evidence could shape the interaction decisions sooner.
